Develop, expand, and manage nucleus herds of Khari and Boer goats at the national level.

Follow and disseminate appropriate advanced technologies developed at the national and international levels.

Apply selection processes in local Khari goats to improve their production capacity.

Produce purebred Boer goats and crossbred kids and distribute them in accordance with departmental policy.

Provide Khari and Boer bucks and does produced at the center's farm as breeding stock (seed stock) to farmers, commercial farms, cooperatives, groups, committees, and individual farmers.
